Description

Return & Exchange Request: You can request return or exchange by going to My > Orders > Order Details OR using Customer Service center.

Return & Exchange Period: The shopper can withdraw by cancelling within 7 days of purchasing the products.; However, return or exchange due to a change of mind will be denied outright.; In case of product defects, only the exchanges are allowed within 3 months of receiving the products or within 30 days or discovering the defects.
