- You can sign up for the THX MEMBERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as “Membership”) from Monday, December 12, 2022 at 12 PM (KST).
- Only those with a Weverse Account can sign up for one Membership per ID.
- In order to receive Membership benefits, your Weverse ID and the Weverse Shop ID with which you sign up for the Membership have to be the same.
- The THX MEMBERSHIP KIT (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Kit”) can be purchased separately on the ‘THX 1st Membership Kit’ product page in Weverse Shop.

About Return and Exchange
- Return & Exchange Request
- You can request return or exchange by going to My > Orders > Order Details OR using Customer Service center.
- Return & Exchange Period
- The shopper can withdraw by cancelling within 7 days of purchasing the products.
- However, return or exchange due to a change of mind will be denied outright.
- In case of product defects, only the exchanges are allowed within 3 months of receiving the products or within 30 days or discovering the defects.
- Return & Exchange Cost
- After the period of withdrawal, cancellation or return will be denied.
- In case of returns due to product defects, wrong delivery, or shipping issues, the seller is responsible for and must pay the shipping fee for the product(s) returned.
- Grounds for Denying Return & Exchange
- This product goes into production once the order is made. Please note that it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind after the period eligible for withdrawal.
