* How to watch

- Watch the making-of film (VOD) by using the digital code card enclosed with the merchandise.

- Digital codes are services that allow you to watch high definition VODs on Weverse. Register/verify the code on the card to watch the VOD.


* How To Use the Digital Code

- MOBILE: Run the Weverse mobile app and select the video you want to watch in the media menu of your artist, and scan the QR code or register the number code under the QR code to watch.

- PC : Register the number code on the card to watch the video on Weverse in your browser.

- TV APP: Register the digital code on your Weverse mobile app or Weverse on your computer browser, then watch the video using your TV app.

※ You need a Weverse Account to watch the content.

※ You can watch the content forever with one time registration.

One digital code can be registered per one Weverse Account. The code cannot be registered in another account when it is already registered in one account.


* Please Note

- You can buy up to 3

- Outbox is a shockproof box that serves to protect the merch items inside. It may become discolored or scratched during shipping.

- Item size and components are subject to change.

- You cannot watch the VOD if you return or exchange the product.

When you register the digital code, it is deemed that you already used the product, and return/exchange will not be available.

- Shipping to some countries may be unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak. For more information, please check the announcement on Weverse Shop regarding shipping delay and restriction.


* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay or Weverse Card.

- When using Toss or Kakao Pay, you can charge them first and use the deposit without having to use your credit card.

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar (USD) and the Japanese Yen (JPY), please note that you can pay with international credit cards and Alipay via PayPal and Eximbay.

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering the Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.

- Please enter the complete shipping address and the recipient's name in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols like é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please enter them without the symbols.

- Please be aware that, if you are making multiple orders with multiple products to the same address, import tariffs can be imposed or the orders may not clear through customs, in accordance with import policies of different countries. Import tariffs, if imposed, must be paid by the shoppers.

In the case of products of a limited quantity, we do not manufacture additional products or ship them again, even if the shipments were lost in transit.
